Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus, though this position is in-person only
- Comfortable and confident providing services to students on the Autism spectrum
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
- Assess, diagnose, and develop targeted treatment plans addressing individual communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Document progress, write IEP goals, and participate in meetings as needed
- Remain up-to-date with best practices in the field of school-based speech-language pathology
