Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state licensure as an SLP; CCCs or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within schools
  • Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress documentation
  • Comfortable with students with Autism, implementing evidence-based interventions
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work onsite daily; teletherapy options are not available for this role

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Provide direct intervention to students individually and in small groups
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report student progress through clear, timely documentation
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
  • Stay current with best practices in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
