Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Holds or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus, though this position is in-person only
  • Comfortable and confident providing services to students on the Autism spectrum
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop targeted treatment plans addressing individual communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Document progress, write IEP goals, and participate in meetings as needed
  • Remain up-to-date with best practices in the field of school-based speech-language pathology
