Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Appropriate SLP licensure or eligibility in California
  • SLP-CCC, CFY, or strong clinical background in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare
  • Experience or strong interest in K-12 school settings
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs in both group and individual settings
  • Maintain compliance with school and state regulations
