Step into a rewarding contract opportunity where you’ll support student success during the entire 2026-2027 school year, beginning after Labor Day. This valuable role calls for an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make an impact in a school-based pediatric setting. As a vital member of a collaborative team, you’ll help shape young communicators and lead by providing supervision and mentorship to two dedicated SLPAs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or Clinical Fellow seeking CFY
  • State licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized student care

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs
  • Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy and documentation per student IEPs
  • Supervise and support two SLPAs, offering guidance, feedback, and professional development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to promote student growth
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of academic plans
