Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Recent experience delivering speech-language services in school settings preferred
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and write detailed reports
- Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and organization abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of students with communication disorders
- Develop tailored therapy plans to meet students’ educational needs and IEP goals
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement therapy strategies in the classroom
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on progress and service delivery
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and relevant school events
- Provide training and resources for teachers and families to promote best practices in communication support
