Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CCC-SLP or ability to obtain it; CFY candidates are welcome and encouraged
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric speech therapy
- Proficiency with a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Flexible and supportive approach to working within educational teams
- Knowledge of current best practices in assessment and intervention
- Comfort with case management, documentation, and IEP development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students ages preschool through high school
- Deliver direct speech-language services in one-on-one and group settings
- Maintain detailed, timely documentation of progress and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with families, teachers, and allied professionals
- Consult and support general education staff to support communication needs within the classroom
- Stay current with continuing education and professional development
