Candidates with the following background are encouraged to apply:

• Active SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of Pennsylvania
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates also welcome
• Experience within school-based settings, pediatric populations, or teletherapy a plus
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and therapy planning for students aged PreK–12
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Adaptable to individual, group, in-person, or teletherapy service delivery
• Commitment to fostering communication and academic success for students

As part of this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments
• Developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success
• Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
• Managing diverse caseloads—assignments available based on your preferences and skillset
• Providing teletherapy or onsite services, as assigned
• Participating in IEP meetings, team consultations, and school-wide initiatives
