Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lancaster, PA

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Pennsylvania Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY eligible)
• Experience in pediatric, healthcare, and school-based SLP settings
• Proficiency in teletherapy; up to one remote day per week via Zoom is available
• Previous experience with Medicaid billing, as required for this role
• Comfortable serving a caseload of approximately 35 students per SLP
• Ability to utilize provided technology and IEP system (Sapphire)
• Passion for supporting diverse student needs in a school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and diagnostics for students K-12 (focus on K-6)
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, maintaining compliance with state and district guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
• Serve across three elementary schools, with additional assignments in intermediate, middle, high school, and select out-of-district placements
• Participate in meetings and professional development as part of the school schedule

Schedule & Structure:

• School year contract beginning in the 2026-2027 or 2027-2028 academic year
• 35 hours per week, from 7:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, following the school calendar
• Provided with a laptop and access to all necessary technology
