Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent (for SLP or CFY)
  • Valid Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility (SLP, SLP-CFY, SLPA)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcome
  • Pediatric and/or prior school-based experience is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs of elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy, both individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to maximize student success
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Create a positive, engaging therapeutic atmosphere tailored to diverse student needs
