Grades K - 5 Grades 9 - 12 School Speech Language Pathologist - Lancaster, PA

Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students from kindergarten through twelfth grade as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist. This role begins April 20 and continues through June 10, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact in the final months of the academic year. You’ll work near the Lancaster area, contributing your expertise to a diverse caseload of 47 students each week.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active SLP certification required
• Proven experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Familiarity with school-based IEP processes and student documentation
• Ability to tailor communication approaches for a wide range of student ages and needs
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities with school teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students across grade levels
• Evaluate student communication abilities and determine areas for targeted intervention
• Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records for each student
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to develop individualized strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and reporting
