Grades K - 5 Grades 9 - 12 Speech Language Pathologist in Lancaster, PA

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFs encouraged—supervision available)
• State licensure (or eligibility) for speech therapy practice
• Experience supporting children in grades K-8, with openness to working with diverse learners
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering students’ growth and confidence in language and communication

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Provide assessment and therapy services to students in grades K through 8
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district requirements
• Consult and partner with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Contribute as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and support for student success
