In this contract role, you’ll be working full-time, 40 hours per week, serving students from kindergarten through 8th grade in an inclusive and supportive educational community. Whether you’re an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow, this role provides the supervision and mentorship you need to thrive and grow in your career.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Ability to work effectively with students across K-8 grade levels
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Willingness to work onsite and contribute as part of a cohesive team
  • Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply—comprehensive supervision is available

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
  • Delivering direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals for effective student support
  • Maintaining accurate records, progress notes, and data for compliance and reporting
