Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lancaster, TX

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with educational documentation and IEP processes
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable providing direct therapy and consultation across K-12 grades

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Assess students’ communication abilities, implement effective treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate records and develop clear, goal-oriented documentation
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary support teams
• Provide education and support to school staff regarding speech-language needs
