Qualifications & Experience:
- Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with educational documentation and IEP processes
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Comfortable providing direct therapy and consultation across K-12 grades
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Assess students’ communication abilities, implement effective treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate records and develop clear, goal-oriented documentation
- Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary support teams
- Provide education and support to school staff regarding speech-language needs
