Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Active SLP license for the state of Texas (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Cannot accept Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy to students in elementary or high school settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct evaluations and maintain comprehensive clinical documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other specialists
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress
