Step into a dynamic school-based role supporting K-12 students for the upcoming ESY and 2026/2027 school year! This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to provide essential speech-language pathology services in a collaborative, engaging educational environment. Position Details:

  • Full-time, 5 days per week
  • Location: 3111 West Allegheny Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19132
  • Serving a diverse K-12 student population
  • Contract spans ESY (Extended School Year) and the 2026/2027 academic year

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) OR Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but highly motivated new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines, documentation, and reporting
  • Provide clear communication and updates to parents and multidisciplinary teams
  • Act as a resource for staff and participate in IEP meetings
