A contract opportunity is available for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) interested in making a difference for learners ages 7-21. You’ll work closely with a caseload of approximately 30-35 students, many of whom have high-level autism and are non-verbal, at a single site. This position is based near Lansdale, PA and runs ASAP through end of school year, with additional opportunities over the ESY and upcoming school year.
Key qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC credential, with an active Educator Certificate
- Experience working in school settings, specifically with students with autism spectrum disorder and non-verbal communication
- Demonstrated skill in AAC devices, alternative communication methods, and individualized therapy approaches
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities for interdisciplinary teamwork
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based practice
Position responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans for students ages 7-21
- Collaborate with special education staff and families to support student progress
- Assess, document, and report on students’ development and therapy effectiveness
- Participate in IEP meetings and create data-driven goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain compliance with organizational and state standards

Competitive compensation between $48 and $58 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with 35 hours per week guaranteed.
