Make a meaningful impact by providing essential speech-language services to K-8 students in a vibrant educational environment. Two passionate Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to serve a dynamic caseload of approximately 35-40 students, all within a single supportive school site. This full-time contract opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., totaling 35 hours weekly.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Hold or eligible for SLP-CCC or CFY credentials
  • Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility)
  • School-based SLP experience, particularly in pediatric settings
  • Confident in serving K-8 populations
  • Required: Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct and consultative speech-language services
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school staff and families
  • Utilize AAC strategies and tools to support students with complex communication needs
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and support school-wide initiatives

This position offers a single-site placement, enabling strong rapport-building with students and staff. The manageable caseload allows for individualized intervention and meaningful therapy progress.
