This full-time contract opportunity is perfect for experienced and emerging professionals ready to work with a diverse caseload of approximately 35-40 students at a single site. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families to support student communication needs and help them reach their fullest academic and social potential.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Prior experience delivering speech and language therapy in educational or pediatric settings
  • Proficiency with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and strategies is required
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for a K-8 caseload
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services tailored to diverse needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Monitor and document progress, maintaining accurate records in accordance with school policies
  • Provide training and resources to staff and families on AAC tools and speech-language interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven goal setting

This is a 35-hour-a-week position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 3:30pm, offering a consistent schedule and a supportive school environment.
