School Speech Language Pathologist - Lansing, MI

What you'll bring to the role:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Michigan
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive independently and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong commitment to supporting student growth and communication goals
• Please note: this assignment is not open to Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs)

Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech-language screenings, evaluations, and therapy for K-4th grade students
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Documenting student progress and maintaining comprehensive records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Consulting with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing insights for student advocacy
• Staying up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology
