Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lansing, MI

This full-time contract position, based near Lansing, MI, offers you the chance to deliver therapy and collaborate with educators and families as part of an engaged team. The assignment spans from August 17, 2026, to November 20, 2026, covering a 35-hour work week.

Ideal candidates are passionate about supporting young learners’ communication skills and fostering positive student outcomes. You will play an integral role, serving a diverse caseload while working alongside other educational professionals.

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Michigan
• Possess Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• In-depth understanding of the needs of K-4th grade students
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Please note: SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) are not eligible for this opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to K-4th graders
• Maintain clear documentation and track students’ progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
• Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
