Qualifications:
- Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or interest in working with students in grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
- Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and individualized intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths and needs
- Provide direct therapy sessions—individually or in small groups—in a supportive school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administration, and families to maximize student progress
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting approaches as necessary
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
