Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) required
  • Experience working with K-12 populations, including elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and familiarity with various communication and language disorders
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments across a diverse student population
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services for articulation, fluency, voice, and language concerns
  • Consult with teachers and parents to support student progress in academic and social settings
  • Document student performance, maintain accurate records, and prepare required progress reports
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
  • Provide resources and support for families and educational staff as needed
