Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active SLP licensure in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Confidence working with students who have general speech needs, mild cognitive challenges, or are on the autism spectrum
- Strong collaborative skills for working with teachers and school staff
- Desire to make a lasting impact in a supportive education environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students ages pre-K through high school
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work primarily with mild to moderate cases; no severe caseload
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with families and educational teams to support student progress
- Serve each school site for full days—no mid-day travel required between locations
