This contract position offers the flexibility of working one day per week—approximately 12 hours—supporting a diverse group of middle and high school students across two schools located on the same campus. For those open to a virtual experience, there’s the option to provide services online, expanding to 12-15 hours as needed.

Ideal professionals possess SLP-CCC credentials and have experience in school settings, with a genuine passion for helping students develop vital communication skills. You’ll work with six middle school and six high school students, crafting individualized plans that support their growth and educational success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Previous experience serving school-age populations strongly preferred.
  • Comfort working with both middle and high school students.
  • Ability to adapt to both in-person and virtual environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working alongside educators, families, and support staff.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail when documenting interventions and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver engaging SLP therapy sessions, either in-person or virtually.
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress.
  • Communicate with team members and families to support student success.
  • Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations.
