Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Teletherapy experience, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Prior experience in school settings highly desirable
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and adolescents
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group speech/language therapy services according to IEPs
- Evaluate students using standardized assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, special educators, parents, and team members
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert insight and documentation
- Adapt services for in-person and possible teletherapy delivery
- Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with school/district guidelines
