Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Previous experience in school settings or pediatric populations
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong interpersonal skills working with students, teachers, and families
- Must be able to provide fully in-person services (no teletherapy or hybrid options)
- Commitment to supporting students with high needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create plans of care for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain manageable caseloads (targeted between 50-60 students)
- Deliver therapy services individually and in group settings based on student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Document student progress and communicate outcomes effectively
- Depending on placement, work schedules follow:
- Elementary: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Middle: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
- High: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
