Embark on an exciting opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. With six openings available due to a current SLP's retirement, there’s the chance to work directly with students who benefit from in-person services and make a meaningful difference in their academic paths. Your placement could be in Elementary, Middle, or High School—each with its own unique schedule.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for student success and adaptability, thriving in collaborative educational environments. The available positions will serve a caseload thoughtfully managed to remain between 50-60 students, ensuring focus on individualized progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice
  • Experience working with K-12 populations, especially those in need of direct, in-person therapy
  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and multi-disciplinary team collaboration
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Adaptable to working with various age groups and grade levels (1st-12th)
  • Commitment to evidence-based interventions and culturally responsive care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized speech and language therapy to students from elementary to high school
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
  • Conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and document student progress regularly
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes communication development
  • Provide consultation and resources for teachers and staff to extend support in classrooms
