Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates also considered
- Previous experience working in school-based settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student goals and carryover of skills
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and school staff consultations
