What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Current SLP licensure for California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by ASHA preferred, but strong CFs will be considered
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children in educational settings is highly valued
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Provide both individual and small group therapy, tailoring interventions to diverse needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student progress
  • Document services in compliance with school and legal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for student needs
  • Educate and support school staff regarding speech/language development and strategies
