School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Larkspur, California

Working near the beautiful Larkspur, CA area, you’ll collaborate with educators and families to support students’ communication skills and help them reach their academic and personal goals.

Your Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid SLP licensure in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows may be considered
• Experience in school-based settings with IEP processes and student assessment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating effectively with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their educational plans
• Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and assist in developing IEP goals
• Document student progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to promote student success
• Adapt therapy activities for individual, small group, or classroom-based interventions
