Step into an engaging role supporting students’ communication and educational success! This on-site opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist offers the flexibility of full or part-time hours, focused primarily on elementary-aged learners, with occasional involvement with middle and high school students. You’ll make an impact throughout the 2026-2027 academic year while enhancing your clinical skills in a vibrant educational setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience delivering pediatric speech therapy—especially in school or healthcare environments
  • Comfort with individual and group therapy sessions
  • Ability to collaborate with school staff and families
  • Skilled in assessment, goal setting, and creation of individualized treatment plans
  • Previous experience with teletherapy or supervising SLPA is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ communication needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans supporting students’ IEPs and classroom learning
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services on-site
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support progress
  • Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Foster an encouraging and inclusive environment for students at elementary, middle, and high school levels
