Desired Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP (CCC or CFY), SLP specializing in schools or teletherapy, or SLPA with school or healthcare experience
- Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Experience working with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students, adapting interventions to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and other intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation results for eligibility and ongoing support
- Provide teletherapy services as needed
- Track student progress, document services, and report outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
