We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct therapy services and case management support for a developing campus with a small caseload and significant growth potential. Position Highlights
- Full-Time Assignment
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Through: December 18, 2026, with potential extension into the following semester
- Schedule: 10-15 hours per week initially
- Days Needed: 2-3 days per week
- Campus Assignment: Single campus location
- Low Caseload: Approximately 10 students currently
- Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 8th Grade
- Opportunity to help establish and grow speech services at a new campus
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Manage and maintain student caseload documentation and compliance requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in meetings and support student educational goals
- Ensure accurate and timely case management activities
Qualifications
- Active State Speech-Language Pathologist License required
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-focused environment
Additional Information
- SLP Clinical Fellows (CF) and SLPAs are not eligible for this assignment
- Standard district onboarding requirements apply
Compensation $46-$52+ per hour, based on experience. Why Join?
