Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current SLP-CCC certification
  • Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and small group settings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain thorough and accurate progress reports and compliance documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations
  • Stay updated on best practices and continuing education within the field
