Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience with pediatric populations, especially in early childhood or preschool settings
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New York State
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational staff
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload, with flexibility to deliver 40-42 sessions per week

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students ages 3-5, utilizing evidence-based practices to address individual needs
  • Develop and implement therapy plans in coordination with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor student progress and support classroom integration
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete session logs per school requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to evaluations as necessary
