Speech Language Pathologist in Laurel Bloomery, TN

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students for the full 2026–2027 school year. This full-time role begins on August 3rd, guiding a caseload of approximately 63 students in grades K–6. As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials and school-based experience, you'll provide essential services in an engaging educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Thorough knowledge of assessment procedures, treatment planning, and documentation for K–6 populations
• Effective collaboration skills with educators, families, and other service providers
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Passion for helping students achieve their best

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Deliver direct therapy services in both group and one-on-one settings
• Maintain thorough records of student progress and ongoing communication with staff and families
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and other specialists to support students’ educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student outcomes
