School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP or SLPA)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellow (CFY), or SLPA credentials
• Experience delivering speech therapy in school or healthcare settings highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
• Experience with teletherapy platforms a plus, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Utilize creative and technology-driven approaches to engage and motivate students
• Support and mentor less experienced team members, if experienced
