Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Delaware SLP license (CCC-eligible SLPs preferred; consideration given to SLPAs and Clinical Fellows with relevant school-based experience)
• Experience working with elementary-aged students (K-6)
• Strong understanding of direct therapy services, IEPs, assessments, and data-driven instruction
• Effective collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, and families
• Flexibility to adapt as caseload grows or service models shift
• Willingness to be on-site initially; virtual/remote possibility may become available by August

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy for diverse elementary-level caseloads
• Conduct assessments, participate in eligibility and progress review meetings, and support compliance documentation
• Coordinate with special education and general education staff for holistic student support
• Foster open communication with caregivers regarding student progress
• Adjust service plans as needed to accommodate a growing caseload and evolving student needs
