Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure or eligibility in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC); Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings is highly desired
• Comfortable with teletherapy as well as in-person services
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students with mild diagnoses and disorders
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
• Provide both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) services as needed
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly
• Collaborate actively within a supportive multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school and state regulations
