Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state
  • SLP-CCC credential or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status welcomed
  • Demonstrated experience in pediatric settings, ideally within schools or healthcare environments
  • Teletherapy experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students with a range of mild speech and language disorders
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions within school or remote settings
  • Collaborate closely with educators, family members, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation to meet both educational and healthcare standards
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
