Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Lawn, TX

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed for the 2026-2027 school year in a K-8 educational setting located in Lawn, TX. This contract position offers an opportunity to work with an estimated caseload of 50 students, primarily serving pediatric populations in a school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through 8th grade
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' communication needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-Pediatrics, SLP-CFY) or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with school experience
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
