Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • CCC-SLP credential or candidates completing their CFY considered
  • Prior experience working with pediatric/school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms or willingness to learn
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Provide direct therapy services, both in-person and remote, as determined by student needs and district guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
  • Offer guidance and support to CFY candidates as appropriate
