Two full-time opportunities are open for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists with a passion for working in school settings, committed to providing high-quality therapy and evaluations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license in Kansas
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Experience or genuine interest in working with elementary-aged children
  • Skilled in conducting speech-language therapy and comprehensive evaluations
  • Proven ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexible, self-motivated approach—able to plan your own schedule across two school sites
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to best practices in school-based speech therapy

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 65 elementary students
  • Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations, documenting results clearly
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain communication and collaboration with teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Split time between two school locations (schedule planning is self-directed)
  • Stay up to date with best practices and district policies
  • Document services and progress toward individual goals
