School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Lawrence, Massachusetts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Licensed (or eligible) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in early childhood or PreK settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt strategies for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of 10-15 PreK students across community sites
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments according to IEP requirements and best practices
• Develop and implement targeted, individualized therapy plans to help young students achieve communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other specialists to support students’ academic and social success
• Monitor and document progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
