Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to children in PreK, targeting a caseload of 10-15 students
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities to develop individualized goals
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of therapy activities and student progress
- Partner with educators, administrators, and parents to support students' communication needs in the classroom
- Create engaging, age-appropriate activities to encourage speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the development of effective accommodations
