School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Lawrence, Massachusetts

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to children in PreK, targeting a caseload of 10-15 students
• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities to develop individualized goals
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of therapy activities and student progress
• Partner with educators, administrators, and parents to support students' communication needs in the classroom
• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities to encourage speech and language development
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the development of effective accommodations
