Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
  • Current state SLP licensure or eligibility
  • Strong ability to work with diverse student populations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy progress, and compliance with state/federal regulations
  • Provide both direct and consultative therapeutic services
  • Foster an encouraging learning atmosphere that supports student achievement
