Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active or eligibility for SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current state Speech-Language Pathology licensure or ability to obtain prior to start
- Experience working in school settings, with knowledge of pediatric and adolescent speech/language needs
- Ability to provide both direct therapy and consultative support for students and staff
- Compassionate communication skills with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational abilities, especially with managing diverse caseloads across age groups
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy and evaluations for elementary, middle, and high school students
- Deliver both direct therapy and consultation services to a caseload of 52 students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop IEPs and implement intervention
- Document progress, maintain compliance, and contribute to a positive school environment
- Serve as a resource for communication strategies and support for students and staff alike
