Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Current state licensure or the ability to obtain prior to start date
• Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and treatment planning for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
