You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes other SLPs and SLPAs, ensuring a rewarding environment where you are never working alone. All necessary support structures are in place, so you can focus on delivering exceptional care and outcomes for every student.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license required; SLP-CFY and SLP-CCC welcome
  • Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred
  • Knowledge of school-aged communication disorders
  • Comfortable designing and implementing IEPs and tracking student progress
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to support student success
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services—no Medicaid billing required
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student learning goals
