Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license required; SLP-CFY and SLP-CCC welcome
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred
- Knowledge of school-aged communication disorders
- Comfortable designing and implementing IEPs and tracking student progress
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to support student success
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services—no Medicaid billing required
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student learning goals
