Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
  • Skilled in conducting both in-person and virtual speech therapy sessions
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Compassionate, student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs
  • Provide therapy sessions onsite or remotely, depending on your position
  • Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with all state and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to goal development and reviews
