Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role offers the flexibility of both onsite and teletherapy settings, allowing you to provide essential services to students in a way that best suits your strengths and preferred work environment. Both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time schedules are available to accommodate your needs and work-life balance.

Your expertise will make a daily impact as you assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse pediatric caseload, collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff to ensure every student thrives. Contribute your knowledge and compassion during an entire academic year, from late July through May, and enjoy the satisfaction of making an ongoing difference in the lives of children and adolescents.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Current CCC-SLP or CFY status
  • Valid state licensure for school-based practice or eligibility for such
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations (elementary, middle, or high school)
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt to changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services (in-person and/or remote)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Offer support for students using evidence-based interventions
