Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Lawrenceville, Georgia

This role offers the flexibility of both onsite and teletherapy settings, allowing you to provide essential services to students in a way that best suits your strengths and preferred work environment. Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Current CCC-SLP or CFY status
• Valid state licensure for school-based practice or eligibility for such
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt to changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services (in-person and/or remote)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Offer support for students using evidence-based interventions
