This contract position is conveniently situated about 20 minutes north of Atlanta and west of Decatur, GA. Flexible scheduling is available, with both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time options to fit your needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Skills in in-person and teletherapy service delivery are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary school teams
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Licensure eligibility for practice in Georgia
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for students across elementary, middle, or high school levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy sessions (in-person and/or via teletherapy as needed)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and a dedicated team of fellow SLPs and SLPAs
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning
