Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school settings is an advantage, but not required
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation systems
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • A passion for making a positive impact in students’ lives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students with a wide range of communication disorders
  • Administer assessments, interpret results, and make recommendations for services
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs and progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
