Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school settings is an advantage, but not required
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation systems
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- A passion for making a positive impact in students’ lives
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with a wide range of communication disorders
- Administer assessments, interpret results, and make recommendations for services
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs and progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
