Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
• Proficiency in delivering both in-person and teletherapy services
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in Pre-K through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ goals and needs
• Provide direct therapy using both traditional and teletherapy modalities as needed
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate student documentation, progress reports, and IEP data
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
• Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment that encourages student growth
