Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current SLP state license (or eligibility to obtain in Iowa)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational staff to support student goals
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with school and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress reports
