Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license for the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Comfortable working with K-12 students with diverse needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students referred for speech/language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
