Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience or strong interest in early intervention (birth to age 5 or preschool settings)
• Background in pediatric speech therapy, including assessment and intervention
• Previous work with school-aged children or within a school setting
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
• Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP, if applicable
• Ability to collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassion, patience, and a dedication to student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services for early intervention (12 caseload)
• Administer assessments, diagnose communication disorders, and create individualized treatment plans
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate therapy records, and adjust interventions as needed
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff regarding student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
• Utilize technology for teletherapy and virtual collaboration when required
