Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in early intervention (birth to age 5 or preschool settings)
- Background in pediatric speech therapy, including assessment and intervention
- Previous work with school-aged children or within a school setting
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP, if applicable
- Ability to collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassion, patience, and a dedication to student-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services for early intervention (12 caseload)
- Administer assessments, diagnose communication disorders, and create individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate therapy records, and adjust interventions as needed
- Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff regarding student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Utilize technology for teletherapy and virtual collaboration when required
